Shipping policy
Our processing times is currently 2 weeks business days for made to order items, business days do not include holidays or weekends.
If you receive your order and are not happy with it, please give us a chance to correct our mistake.
If you receive an item that is damaged you must contact us for a resolution within 48 BUSINESS HOURS from the time of delivery - we will confirm by checking your tracking
ALL Claims must be submitted with 48 business hours to owner through email, At latest 72 hours from the time of delivery
The day you order is NOT considered a processing day
Jaadscreation is not responsible for shipping damages caused by the shipping carrier
if you purchase ROUTE protection at checkout, please go through them to submit damage claims
TAT may schedule to change at the discretion of the owner, if/when TAT do change, a mass email will be sent to the consumer notifying of them of such change.
Due to the nature of the products, no refunds nor exchanges are allowed; please reach out to us VIA Instagram, Tiktok or by simply emailing us at jaadscreation@gmail.com
TAT does not include shipping times, please keep this in mind.
Jaadscreation is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages, We highly suggest to protect your order that you purchase ROUTE. ROUTE is an insurance to cover your package in the event of something happening.
